AUTHORS: What MUST be included in a post

For any number of reasons, (not the least of which is liability), all posts must include the following information if available:

Title
Author
Publication
Date
Link (active if at all possible)

It should look something like this:

May 18, 2012
Link to original

This information should be featured prominantly at the top of the post.

For those of you who are familiar with HTML, you can click the “HTML” tab and do your thing. If not, the visual editor at the “Visual” tab is pretty straightforward and not unlike a word processor.
