Precedent Upon Precedent?

There will be those on the Senate Judiciary Committee who will try to use the “Precedent on Precedent” argument against Judge Kavanaugh when it comes to Roe vs Wade. They will cite previous decisions to support their contention. They are wrong. Natural Law is the precedent they are forgetting which posits that a human being exists from the moment of conception – not according to whether the fetus has existed for any specified time in the womb. Of course, they do not believe in the Natural Law and that is the primary reason our country is in such dire straits today. How can anyone argue that a baby in the womb is not a human being from day one? I dunno.
