Gloria.TV News – 1/31/18

Oscar Fortin has accused Cardinal Rodríguez Maradiaga of Tegucigalpa, a radical partisan of Pope Francis, of conniving at vote rigging after the presidential elections in Honduras. Asked about the vote rigging in his country, Rodríguez who usually is quick to make political statements, replied, “I cannot comment on this because this belongs to the political parties.” Fortin points out that in 2014, Rodríguez pontificated about a – quote – “Latin American Spring”. Already in 2009 he openly supported a coup against the elected president of Honduras. read more

Gloria.TV News – 1/31/18

The Italian Bishops’ Conference announced that it wants to introduce a wrong translation of the Our Father in the Italian Mass which will also be used in the Vatican. The wrong translation will say something like: “and do not abandon us in temptation”. The Italian Mass contains already a wrong translation of the words of consecration which says that the chalice is given up “for all” instead of “for many”. The Italian bishops refused to correct the mistake although Benedict XVI ordered them to do so already in 2006. read more

Gloria.TV News – 1/31/18

The CNBC interviewed the Prefect of the Dicastery for Integral Human Development, Cardinal Peter Turkson, asking him about Pope Francis’ message to the World Economic Forum 2018 in Davos, Switzerland. At a certain point, Turkson was confronted with the question about what went wrong with capitalism since it did not benefit everybody. In his answer the cardinal referred to the year 1892 when – quote — “Pope Leo the Great”-wrote a circular about —quote —”the new towns”. Apparently Turkson wanted to refer to the encyclical Rerum Novarum which Leo XIII wrote in 1891. Pope Leo the Great died in 461. read more

Irish Catholic marriage counseling services told to accept LGBT couples or lose funding

IRELAND, January 31, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – Catholic marriage and family counseling agencies in Ireland are being told they must accept LGBT-identifying clients, otherwise they risk losing government funding.

“The government is threatening to withdraw millions of euros of public funding,” reports UK’s The Times, “unless the counselling services agree to change their longstanding policy of excluding same-sex couples from their services on religious grounds.”

The counseling service administered by the Irish Catholic Bishops’ Conference (ICBC) received about €1.5 million during 2016, one-quarter of the total €6 million Department of Children and Youth Affairs budget for such services. read more

Clericalism is Alive and Well in Amchurch!

Clericalism is Alive and Well in Amchurch!

Does Fr. Martin follow the
Holy Spirit or the
Spirit of this world?

I’m always amused by accusations that orthodox Catholics who uphold the teachings of the Church are filled with fear, hatred, homophobia, anger, and are bullies, raging maniacs…well, you get the picture. James Martin, also known as “Father,” a Jesuit sadly reflective of the state to which that order has fallen, recently had another talk cancelled. It was due to the “haters” who run nasty, evil, vilifying…well you get the picture… websites and blogs that (sniff, sniff) result in the “censorship” of “progressives” like the good Fr. Martin who is compassionate, kind, sweet, loving…well you get the picture, upholder of all things perverse.

Tim Kaine goes to Confession

Tim Kaine goes to Confession

This probably breaks several of the rules about the secrecy of the confessional, but we must take the risk. The penitent may have been a different senator, or a different priest, but the story is the same.Senator Tim Kaine: Father, forgive me blah blah blah, I can’t be expected to remember the right form of words, can I? I’m a busy man.

Bishop Knestout of Richmond, VA (for it is he): Of course not, your importantship. Still, it’s good to see you, and I am honoured to receive your confession in person, especially as I know you are incapable of sin.

When the Confession doesn’t have any really meaty bits.

Tim: Yes, I wouldn’t have come to Confession unless I knew that someone of the rank of bishop would be available.

Knestout: Now, how can I help you?

Tim: Well it’s hard for me to think of any really interesting sins. I did make a rude noise during the State of the Union address. Also, I knocked over an old blind lady who was blocking my way this morning, but that’s perfectly normal, isn’t it? read more

Significant rise in marriage annulment requests

Significant rise in marriage annulment requests

Figures show a sharp rise following Pope Francis’s reforms to the process

[It’s better than “back to the 70s” with new and simplified procedures: No charges, no required review, and the availability of a “quickie” from a single sit-down session with the bishop]

by  posted Wednesday, 31 Jan 2018

Requests for annulments in Britain and Ireland have risen following the introduction of reforms ordered by Pope Francis.

Figures released by the British and Irish diocesan tribunals show a significant increase in applications for annulments in 2016. This marks a reversal of a decades-long decline in annulment cases reflecting a decline in Catholic marriages. read more

Vatican Confirms: Catholic Church in China Will Be Sacrificed to Regime

NEWSFLASH  /  February 25, 1570 / Rome – Pope Pius V in his recently released papal bull Regnans in Excelsis announces in England there are not two churches but two faith communities: The Recusant (or underground) Catholics and the Elizabethan state-controlled Church of England.  His Holiness asks that both groups live their faith together.  To that end, the Recusants should take the oath of allegiance to Queen Elizabeth (whom the Pope affirms as legitimate Queen of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland as well as her special role as Supreme Governor of the Church in England.  Also, the Recusants should forthwith attend only services in the Anglican Church and cease attending clandestine (now unauthorized) Masses conducted by expatriate English priests (especially Jesuits) from seminaries or religious communities on the European continent.  Those priests should  do the same or abjure the realm under civil penalties (including capital punishment) imposed in the name of the Queen or by ecclesiastical penalties (suspension, loss of benefice, excommunication and/or forced laicization) imposed in the name of the Pope.

The Catholic Church in China which is forced to live underground, and the state controlled Regime church are “not two Churches, but two communities of faithful” according to Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin. He said to La Stampa (January 31) that he wants them “to live their faith together” [under Communist control].

Parolin anticipates sufferings [for the Catholic Church], “If someone is asked to make a sacrifice, small or great, it must be clear to everyone that this is not the price of a political deal”. Through his denial Parolin confirms what is evident. read more

Demon complains about being silenced

Judaea, AD 30.The celebrity demon Nitram, who was scheduled to possess the soul of Mr Rusay, a local pastor, has complained about the actions of “that rad-trad, far-right Jesus”, who has cancelled his speaking engagement and sent him down to the pits of Hell.

demon in Lake of Fire

“All I wanted to do was build bridges.”

Nitram, a prominent Demoncrat supporter who has publicly stated “Don’t believe what they say about the Last Trump,” is well known for his outspoken views on religion. His speaking engagement, occupying the soul of Mr Rusay, would have allowed him to put out a stream of blasphemy and heresy. Following an online petition (anyone know what this is? Some sort of prayer? St Mark doesn’t say) Jesus was called in to cancel this engagement. read more

Voice From the Peripheries, Married Priests Are No Solution

Voice From the Peripheries, Married Priests Are No Solution

Oh, Christoph, does Pope Francis really plan to abolish priestly celibacy? (Conchita Wurst prayed with the Vienna Cardinal on World Aids Day)

 en.news – 1/31/18

To ordain married men to the priesthood is not a “realistic solution” according to the excellent Bishop Kai Schmalhausen Panizo, the prelate of Ayaviri, Peru.

Talking to the German newspaper Die Tagespost (January 27), Schmalhausen said that the idea of married priests is the result of “pressure” and of a search for solutions that is “desperate”, adding, “This is precisely why such solutions are not healthy.”

For Schmalhausen abolishing celibacy would convey a wrong message to young people: “You cannot live celibacy. It is impossible to follow Jesus in this radical love to serve the neighbour.” read more

en.news – 1/31/18

L’Osservatore Romano (January 15) published a whiny article about the Protestant church in Switzerland. According to the paper it is “renewing its visions and programs” in order to “answer the needs of a society in change”. A “real revolution” is allegedly underway.

The church’s “vision” is based on three points, writes L’Osservatore: “witness”, “open encounter” and “diversification of the forms of worship”. Is this also the fluffy “vision” of the Bergoglio-Church? read more

Faithful Catholics scorn San Antonio’s “plaster saint” prelate

SAN ANTONIO (ChurchMilitant.com) – Wounds are still raw in San Antonio, where faithful Catholics have blasted Abp. Gustavo Garcia-Siller as a hypocrite, feigning piety while undermining the spiritual good of his flock.

Members of Our Lady of the Atonement Catholic Church are accusing the archbishop of taking reprisal against their flourishing parish.

On January 7, Garcia-Siller ordered a group of nuns attached to Our Lady of the Atonement out of his archdiocese, a year after trying to remove parish priest Fr. Christopher Phillips from his ministry. Atonement parishioners describe the moves as retaliatory tactics — the archbishop’s revenge for losing control of the parish last year to the Anglican Use Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter in Houston. read more

WHO IS HE TO JUDGE? FRANKENPOPE NOW DIRECTLY INTERVENING IN CANONICAL CASES

by Christine Niles, M.St. (Oxon.), J.D.  •  ChurchMilitant.com  •  January 30, 2018

“His actions essentially deprive all parties of due process”

[In keeping with his reputation as the “Dictator Pope”]

VATICAN CITY (ChurchMilitant.com) – Pope Francis is now directly intervening in canonical cases in various Vatican dicasteries in what some canonists are calling an unprecedented overreach of authority.

On December 12, Vatican insider Kurt Martens, Professor of Canon Law at Catholic University of America, posted on his Twitter account an excerpt of a canonical decree written in Latin revealing that the Holy Father had directly intervened on behalf of the head of the Congregation for Clergy in a canonical case pending before that Dicastery. When the case was appealed to the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura (essentially the Vatican Supreme Court), the prefect of the Congregation for Clergy had personally asked Pope Francis to intervene. read more

Pope Francis announces a cultural revolution

In his latest document Gaudeamus Igitur, our great Chairman Francis has announced a “cultural revolution” in pontifical universities. Thousands of capitalist running-dog theologians will be purged, and the rest sent out to the people’s farms to plant rice.Pope and Mao swimming

Our chairman, in excellent health, seen here swimming in the Tiber with some friends.

Members of the ruling Jesuit party applauded Chairman Francis’s latest “great leap forward”, condemning the “paper tigers” of traditional Catholicism. This follows the notorious “long march” (in fact a long aeroplane journey) towards a new Catholicism.

Naturally the Chairman’s supporters have been enthusiastically waving their little red books: these contain the thoughts of Chairman Francis, including his new translation of the “capitalist” Lord’s Prayer, and his new “people’s” Beatitudes. read more

[The “Alta Vendita” (the 19th century Masonic blueprint to subvert the Catholic Church) concerning the Catechism of the Catholic Church – surmised by a non-member of the Conspiracy]

30 January 2018

I have updated my piece from early today on the ‘Revision’ of the Catechism. I do hope readers took the trouble to penetrate my frothy beginning, and got the point of my very considerable anxiety If I were one of the plotters, my plan of action would be to:

(1) get the section in the CCC on Capital Punishment changed. Not many people would bother very much about this, because Capital Punishment is already abolished in most countries, where it is regarded as a self-evident barbarism. But a change in this part of the text would serve to establish firmly the principle that doctrine in the Catechism can be changed (the change made here by S John Paul II affected prudential, not doctrinal, considerations). read more
