Archdiocese of NY and Cdl. Dolan Sued Over Homosexual Priest Stealing Millions of Dollars

New York priest accused of looting parish funds to fuel drug-crazed sex parties with gay prostitute

Parishioners in the archdiocese of New York have filed a lawsuit against a priest accusing him of embezzling more than $1,000,000 from two parishes since 2003. Further charges are that the money was used in part to fund his drug-laced sex parties with a homosexual prostitute. The lawsuit alleges these crimes were perpetrated with the full knowledge of the archdiocese and Cdl. Timothy Dolan.

For the last several months, has been investigating the allegations against Fr. Peter Miqueli, pastor of St. Frances de Chantal in Throggs Neck, New York.

A September report by describes allegations against Fr. Miqueli that he has been ransacking parish funds for nearly a decade to the tune of approximately $1,000,000.

Almost two years ago parishioners started a website and Facebook page to document Fr. Miqueli’s radical behavior.

Another report filed last week raised the question as to how the archdiocese is still allowing this priest to continue in his ministry with these allegations.

One parishioner even stated that Fr. Miqueli has openly declared that he has archdiocesan protection.

Along with those allegations, Fr. Miqueli is also suspected of embezzling parish funds to pay for drug-laced sex parties with a heavily muscled homosexual prostitute, Keith Crist.

Crist’s former girlfriend, Tatyana Gudin, alerted the archdiocese to claims that Fr. Miqueli and Crist engaged in sadomasochistic sex acts, where Fr. Miqueli would call Crist “Master” and drink his urine, according to text messages on Crist’s phone discovered by Gudin.

The lawsuit states these charges in paragraph 163:

Father Miqueli’s self-dealing benefited him by increasing his wealth to as much as by $900,000 worth of assets by 2008, permitting him to buy the N.J. residence, housing his BDSM “master” Keith Crist, purchasing and using illegal drugs, and paying Keith Crist to urinate in Father Miqueli’s mouth.

Archdiocesan spokesman Joseph Zwilling responded to the lawsuit, saying, “To date we have found nothing to substantiate the allegations that have been raised. If anyone has information or documentation to substantiate the allegations, we would invite them to bring that information forward, or to contact the district attorney.”

  1. This Story was on the front page of the NY Post Today. This clown priest had the “sex master” living in the rectory with him. YUK ! They need to fumigate the church and the rectory where these clowns played.

  2. This is Satanic behaviour!
Someone please bring back the Inquisition.
I wonder how much the cheesehead knew about this?

  3. Articles such as these make me sick to my stomach. They will pay heavily for their actions – of that I am sure and the jackass in Rome will be the first to experience the “God of surprises.”

  4. The parishioners should boycott the parish immediately and stop giving that parish any money. They can all go to another parish somewhere else until the matter is solved. They must not darken the door but put funds into other charities and parishes other than the contaminated one. The real sickos are the ones who continue to attend a parish when things like this happen. The men should run the priest out of the church and bolt the door against him. Cause a real ruckus against this guy until he leaves. He should be excommunicated.

  5. BREAKING: After Intense Media Pressure, NY Priest Accused of Embezzlement Resigns

    by Christine Niles • • December 12, 2015

“I have made the decision to step aside from my position as pastor of this parish …”
BRONX ( – Following intense media scrutiny over the last 48 hours, including from, Fr. Peter Miqueli — the New York pastor being sued over allegedly embezzling more than $1 million to fund his perverted sex life — has resigned.

The announcement came this evening at 5:00 p.m. EST as Fr. Miqueli read a prepared statement outside of St. Francis de Chantal parish in Throggs Neck, New York. “I have made the decision to step aside from my position as pastor of this parish while this unfortunate and regrettable situation is investigated … .”

Father Miqueli insisted that he is “not guilty of the charges” documented in the 40-page lawsuit filed Thursday by attorney Michael Dowd on behalf of parishioners at St. Frances de Chantal.

The lawsuit also charges the archdiocese of New York and Cdl. Timothy Dolan with knowledge of these embezzlement crimes while they were occurring.

Miqueli concluded by saying, “It is in the best interests of the parish that this matter be resolved without me serving as your pastor,” and that “Cdl. Dolan has graciously given me permission to [resign].”

Earlier today, Cdl. Dolan admitted he’s known for some time about the allegations of drug-fueled sex romps and theft by Fr. Miqueli and that the priest has been cooperating with the archdiocese. But parishioners who have spoken with claim Dolan is “backpedaling.”

Speaking at a Catholic Charities event Saturday, Dolan acknowledged he saw the explicit content in emails detailing Miqueli’s sexual shenanigans. “You bet I saw it. You bet I saw it,” he said.

The emails in question, turned over by Tatyana Gudin, jilted lover of Miqueli’s sex partner Keith Crist, detail perverse sex acts involving drinking Crist’s urine and calling Crist “Master”. Gudin says she turned over the emails to Cdl. Dolan, who then requested she visit his office with all the information. Dolan claims that she failed to appear, and he then turned over the emails to the D.A.

But according to Gudin, she had initially agreed to meet with Dolan, but canceled after an archdiocesan lawyer forbade a parishioner plaintiff to accompany her. “Basically he wanted me to turn over the smut so they could continue the cover-up,” she said.

Dolan said Saturday, “What distresses me, I think, are the innuendo that the archdiocese is taking this with anything less than the gravity it deserves. We’ve been cooperating with these people. We’ve had a number of audits. And we’re prepared to arrive at a resolution within the first of the year.”

But parishioners of St. Frances de Chantal tell a different story. According to one parishioner who spoke with, “He’s backpedaling. That letter from Zwilling [archdiocesan communications director] was a line in the sand. Now that Dolan’s been approached, he seems to be [saying,] ‘Oh, we love the people in Throggs Neck, we’re so happy with what they’re doing, it’s great for them to do this.”

Zwilling claims they “have not found anything that would confirm or substantiate the allegations raised.”

Parishioners say they’ve been lodging complaints against Fr. Miqueli for at least two years, even setting up a public website and Facebook page detailing his misdeeds (which include skimming from parish donations to the tune of more than $1 million, with Keith Crist a willing participant in the embezzlement scheme). The parishioners’ pleading more often than not was met with silence.

In spite of the faithful’s repeated requests over 18 months that the archdiocese take action, Cdl. Dolan had allowed Fr. Miqueli to continue in active ministry. The only substantive response parishioners have received up to the resignation of Fr. Miqueli was an audit of the parish ordered in August by Cdl. Dolan, which, according to parishioners, had accomplished nothing.

Dolan claims he’s found “some sloppiness” in parish finances, but thus far “I found no evidence at all of embezzlement.” The lawsuit, however, filed Thursday, claims it has proof of extensive financial misdealings by Fr. Miqueli and Crist, who not only embezzled money from the parish, but “attempted to cover up their diversion [of funds] by destroying financial records.”

Dolan claims Miqueli is “as eager as anybody to see the truth come out. If the truth comes out and it hurts him, his priesthood is obviously over. But I’m hoping that’s not the case.”

  6. When something like this comes to my attention, my reaction first of disgust and anger is replaced by relief! My relief is that it is now so public that the traitors to the Faith, and I include that idiot bishop whose main moment of glory was to wear a cheese on his head, will be brought to account. Having ignored parishioners’ concerns for a long time, the Archbishop, and the homosexual degenerate he has protected, are now going to have to face the music.
What a disgusting pair both of them are.
