Such a blessing that she was able to leave this life properly disposed and with the Sacraments; otherwise your memory of her passing could well be a torment. Deo gratias!

  12. Patrick and Patricia- what a romance you must have had when you held even your names in common! May she indeed rest in peace.

  13. I will remember Patricia in prayer, and confess to her privately my deepest womanly envy that she had it all, a good death, a good husband who still asks for prayers for her. Well done.

  14. Patricia and your whole family are in my prayers. And a couple for you, too, old friend.

    • My deepest thanks to one and all. Some of you may recall my mentioning that my simply reading off some of the humorous comments made here, during her final two years, gave her fits of laughter unlike anything I was capable of producing.

      That was priceless!

      Thank you, again.

  15. There will be a time not too far off Patrick when you will be re-united with Patricia for all eternity along with all the great saints and martyrs of our holy Church. There will be no sorrow, no anguish, no tears – just peace, tranquility and happiness in the house of the Lord. You will finally have answers as to why there has been so much suffering on earth and the great doctors and teachers of the Church will be there to edify you. This will be your great reward if you but persevere in the challenges that may still lie before you. May Patricia and all the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace, Amen.
