Biden arrives in Rome for pope’s Installation Mass

The vice president told a gathering of Irish-Americans in New York City on Thursday that as a young U.S. senator he was to meet the queen of England.

He remembers getting a call from his mother, who told him not to kiss the queen’s ring.

Years later, when he was to meet Pope John Paul II, Biden says his mother told him not to kiss the pope’s ring.

Biden, a Roman Catholic descended from struggling Irish immigrants, says his dad said it was “all about dignity.”

Biden says his mother told him that no one is “better” than him. And while Biden should treat everyone with respect, his mother said her son should also “demand respect.”

  1. “Folks, I can tell you I’ve known eight presidents, three of them intimately.” –Joe Biden, Aug. 22, 2012

  2. What a disgusting little man this pro-abortionist is!

  3. Huzzah! That should be put into hard print! Nicely done!

  4. “Biden says his mother told him not to kiss the pope’s ring.”

His mother, who no doubt voted for FDR (an anti-Catholic bigot), told him not to kiss the pope’s ring.
Did she tell him to make sure to wear clean underwear? (in case he gets into an accident and has to spend the night at a hospital).
“Also, Joe, watch out for the gypsies and left-handed circus midgets. They can be very tricky.
Always have bus money sewn into your britches in case you fall asleep and get dropped off at the wrong stop. Make sure to sleep with your socks on pointing east with the window closed so the fairies don’t snatch your soul and carry you off to the Queen of the Banshees. Never get into a car with a strange leprechaun promising a pot of gold if you’ve never met his family. Beware of fortune tellers at carnivals with pierced ears. Never place a bet without rubbing your rabbit’s foot three times and throwing salt over your shoulder.
If a strange-looking man offers you a ride in his car don’t get in. You might end up working in a carnival in Rumania.”

  5. Doesn’t respect come from being respectful of others in return? What will he say to God on his judgment day? “Sorry nobody’s better than me. My mom said so.”

We have sooooo many people to pray for including the likes of him and Nancy Pelosi. There but for the grace of God go I. (My family used to be part of this liberal Irish Catholic Democratic monstrosity, but thanks to God and His Mystical Body, at least some of us were given the grace to see The Truth and follow Him.)
