  1. They left out one talk:

A true cosmic liturgy, where the cosmos becomes a living host: Pope Benedict

This conference is totally il papa’s responsibility.

  2. deChardin, virtually force fed to all undergrads in compulsory basic “religious studies” agitprop “courses” at my alma mater, a Jesuit school now good for zip, was my first real run-in with the mentally deranged Modernists who had taken over the Orders, the dioceses and ( last on my list to admit to ) the Vatican.

His dreck was like trying to read a bad script for a Grade B sci fi flop-o-rama.

So, knowing what delusionoids we’re up against, if anyone still wants a “deal” between Mint-zinger and sunny Roma, here’s my suggestion….

    A. Politely ask the current pontiff to politely step aside and appoint that bishop from the Caucasus who wrote some actually orthodox things recently as his successor before politely returning to the Schwarzwald.

    B. Give the new pope a pair of matched Purdy’s, 12 ga., modified choke, and ten minutes alone in the Curia, starting at the CDF and then on to the PCIRD, the Sec State, the “New Movements” crowd, etc. Oh, and every liturgist he can draw a bead on before he/she can find cover behind some collonade.

    C. Invite +W ( undercover ) to fly into Castel Gondolfo at midnight.

    D. Work out deal. ( “Dear SSPX: Congrats! You’re Catholic!” s/ the Pope )

    E. By breakfast, dispatches to Mint-zingers and all dioceses globally: “Guess what? And, oh, btw, your *** in MY office by Friday noon! We’re all taking a little trip to Portugal.” s/ the Pope )

  3. That they even take that nonsense serious is a sign of their lack of any real intelligence.
