Demonic influence in Colorado theater shootings?

In a sober, informative analysis, Father Dwight Longenecker addresses the possibility that demonic influence may have been involved in the mass murder in a Aurora, Colorado movie theater.
Recognizing some indications that the alleged shooter, James Holmes, was influenced by some evil power, Father Longenecker reviews the levels of possible demonic involvement: influence, obsession, and finally infestation or possession. It is possible to ask whether any of these apply to the Aurora case, but difficult to answer the questions. Father Longenecker reasons:
Better to ask, “Was James Holmes taken over by Evil?”
Yes. Something happened to the mild mannered science geek. He turned into a monster. Something twisted in his mind and heart, and Evil made an entry.
