LCWR leader missed chances to affirm Church teaching in NPR interview

Donna Bethell notes that when she was interviewed by National Public Radio, Sister Patricia Farrell, the president of the Leadership Conference of Women Religious, was presented with multiple opportunities to make a clear affirmation of Church teaching on issues that included the ordination of women, abortion, contraception, and homosexuality. She did not, leaving questions as to where she stood on each of those issues.
